Todd Pool, Realtor and President/Co-Owner of Pool Realty Group, brings a unique and broader perspective to purchasing and selling Real Estate. He started his Real Estate career in the late 1980s, at a national multi-housing firm that managed their own property portfolios as well as fee managed large private ones of the same. In addition to the management of these portfolios, he oversaw rehab projects and the take over of foreclosed portfolios. Todd has also worked with investors that had 100’s of single-family homes, condos, and town-homes.
In the mid 1990’s he moved into construction and sales of single family homes. He started with first time buyers, and the company then grew from a few communities to over 40. Next came his experience with the second and third time buyer markets. He created many of the home plans and designs that were built along with amenities offered in these homes.
Every aspect of the new home industry is very fast-paced. The volume of homes in construction, sales, financing, and closings gave him a perspective of potential problems and remedies few people get to see. He understands construction techniques, materials used in construction, what buyers are looking for and solving objections, loan process to approval, and closing transactions.
