I'm Connie Vallone, a native Houstonian, licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and REALTOR with more than
30 years of experience in the real estate industry. I proudly help buyers, sellers, and investors throughout

My real estate career began while I was attending the University of Houston, where I entered the mortgage
industry. After 23 years helping homebuyers secure financing, I earned my Texas real estate license in 2007 and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2010. My background in both mortgage lending and real estate gives my clients a unique advantage because I understand every step of the transaction—from financing and contracts to negotiations and closing.
In 2019, I became an instructor with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), where I have the privilege of teaching and mentoring other real estate professionals. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business
Information Systems, but my passion has always been helping people navigate the real estate market with
confidence.
